We live in an arrogent society where if you judge a human only in appearance, it can be easy to confuse a good man with bad. Thats why I judge people by their soul. Mostly I respect in people such quality as aiable, frank, trustworthy, and sociable.
Personally I think that the proveb is right.In some situation our appearance can be not the most important ,but plays one of the leding role.Don't forget that the most vital in a person is his sole.

Of course your first judgement is vital.Person can look like a bagger ,but has a kind heart.When I meet a person I of course look at his clothes.But it is very important to talk with him.
